Cheryl Osler Ed.D, MS, RN, CNS, MA, LMHC is a Certified Nurse Delegator and an independent contractor with the state of Washington. What is a Certified Nurse Delegator? A Certified Nurse Delegator provides ongoing supervision and evaluation of staff who care for clients in group homes as well as provide nursing assessments and close monitoring of the clients condition.
