The Office
I am proud to provide a beautiful, comfortable setting for our meetings together. I'm confident that you will feel right at home in my office during our first meeting.

Monday: 07:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 07:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact my office by phone at 509-869-5050 or email. I happily welcome new patients and especially referrals from existing patients. I am also contracted with DSHS to accept referrals.

My office is located in the Undercliff Mansion at 703 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 250, Spokane, Wa. 99204
Rates:
- The fee for the initial visit (90 minutes) is $130.00.
- Each 50 minute session thereafter is $100.00.
- Each 75 minute session thereafter is $130.00.
- Each group session is $20.00.
Insurance:
If your health insurance plan is with one of the companies I am contracted with, I bill your insurance directly through Sandy's Billing Service and receive payment from them. Depending on the requirements of your plan, you will either pay me a co-pay at the time of your session, or billed for the remaining amount after your insurance has paid me.
If I am not contracted with your insurance company I will not bill them directly. You pay me in full at the time of the session and I give you a receipt to send into your insurance for the allowed reimbursement according to your plan. If your plan allows for mental health coverage, and either does not have a specific provider network or allows “out-of-network” or “non-participating provider” coverage, you will likely get a percentage of reimbursement of your fee to me. Please check with your insurance to see what reimbursement your plan allows.
I would be happy to provide the forms needed for you to file a claim with your insurance company directly. To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
If you are not using insurance, you would pay me the fee at the time of our session.

I will be adding insurance carriers on an ongoing basis. If you do not see your carrier listed here, or if you are having difficulty finding a provider who accepts your insurance, please call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask about a single case agreement.
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, I ask that you kindly provide me with at least 24 hours notice. I simply ask for this advance notice so that I may offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
